What Makes Us Different?

The state of Wisconsin sets a limit of how many children (by age) can be in the care of one teacher. In each of our rooms, we set our child/teacher ratios well below Wisconsin's limits. With smaller ratios, our teachers can spend more quality time with the children and facilitating fun activities!

We strive to make each classroom a comfortable, home-like environment. Each room offers cozy spaces, a variety of toys, family-style meals, and flexible schedules. Our teachers are passionate about treating each child like their own. There is lots of love in our classrooms!

Each room offers a large space with thoughtfully placed learning centers that gives our children freedom to explore safely both individually and with friends. Our half-walls between rooms helps to give our space the in-home care feel. 

Safety is our top priority! We go above and beyond State requirements of monthly trainings. Daily, we have safety check-ins, a dedicated teacher monitors the front door and hallways, and we frequently share safety resources with our staff.

We provide our teachers with advanced resources and dedicated time to continue their education and plan curriculum for their classrooms. Each month, all staff attends a meeting where we cover safety in our center and a new educator concept to apply in our classrooms.  

We understand the importance of giving children nutritious meals with a variety of ingredients. With each snack and meal time, we strive to offer as many fresh options as possible. We steer away from over  processed, canned, and frozen ingredients. Fresh fruits and veggies are a staple in our meals! Some veggies are grown in our garden!
